The arrival of Tidying Up with Marie Kondo on Netflix back in 2019 ushered in a new age of organisational obsession. However, the second wave of this highly satisfying practice involving dedicated decluttering has found its home on TikTok.

Beloved for both ASMR value and organisational gratification, videos featuring ‘restocks’ of household goods continue to go viral on the increasingly multi-faceted and versatile app. Though slightly more prevalent over in the United States than in the British Isles, it’s safe to say the restock craze was likely born out of global lockdown anxieties.

The hashtag #restock on TikTok features an eye-watering 536.2K posts, with what we can only assume is an immeasurable number of combined views – since this statistic isn’t listed. Ice drawers and fridge restocks are incredibly popular, but we’d argue that bathroom, beauty and wardrobe variations tend to come out on top.

We can’t seem to pull our eyes away from the squirrel-like hordes of supplies which are generously stocked up for friends and family as much as personal use. As such, homes across the globe are leaning towards highly curated storage solutions which make use of additional drawer dividers, separators and organisers made from a range of materials.

If this sounds like a trend that you’re more than willing to hop on, consider purchasing a label maker for bulk organisation. Without further ado, we’ve gathered a selection of the best drawer separators and caddies for all your organisational needs.
